Outfit | Gentlewoman
I'd say a large percent of my style inspirations are by androgyny. Dropping the names along that line like Grandpa Style and Zanita; who mingle menswear details so briskly and looking ferociously sharp. I sincerely admire the dynamic and upright manly vibe coming from these women; it's finer, and simpler than "dressing like one". I always enjoy to install a little bit of that debonair-ness onto myself. A pair of Dr. Martens with a flowy dress, or sock-up all my feminine culottes. I'm not simply trying to look boyish, but feeling confident and comfortable in aforementioned clothing combination. I like my style to be cool-chic, a little bit whimsical, and a little bit playful. And to be even more honest, I have no idea how to dress like a "girl"- I don't know how to walk in heels; lacey body con dress is not my forte and sexy is probably the least expected adjective to describe my style. But I like me, and I like being me.
